Happy Monday you cuties! Today for OSS Menu Monday-French Dip Sandwiches are the dinner for us! Y’all, this is seriously the easiest dinner to make for those super busy weeknights where you have to just throw something together. My kids LOVE these sandwiches, as do I. Does your family have a favorite recipe that you tend to keep coming back to? These sandwiches are one for us, and the always popular spaghetti casserole. That recipe never gets old. Geez, it makes me hungry just thinking about it. LOL

I will walk you through the recipe with these pictures but the recipe is at the bottom of this post to make it easy to pin and keep forever more. Which reminds me, make sure you are following me over on Pinterest for so much more fun inspiration. And another FYI, every picture in my blog posts is pin-able. OK, I digress…. shocker huh?

Butter rolls and place on cookie sheet. Broil for 2-3 minutes.

Place provolone cheese and roast beef on separate sides of each roll. Broil another 3-4 minutes.
