OSS Menu Monday-Chili

| |

Here it is! The first recipe I want to share with you for OSS Menu Monday is chili! Chili has always been a staple in my home since I was young. My mom would make a big pot and we would put a pile of Fritos in the bottom of the bowl and pour on the chili. Then, we would cover it in shredded cheese! YUM! I have continued that tradition with my kiddos. In the winter, I make chili about once or twice a month. To me, it just soothes the soul! My recipe is really simple and I’ll tell you, the secret is using beef and sausage. The combination of the two give the chili such a robust flavor. I hope you all enjoy it as much as we do!
